Solgar Soft Iron 25mg 90 Vegetable Capsules is a food supplement in the form of vegetable capsules based on mild iron (iron bisglycinate).
Iron is a mineral which participates in the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin (red pigment which serves to bind oxygen), as well as in the transport of oxygen.
Thus, it helps to reduce fatigue, particularly in cases of anemia caused by iron deficiency (martial anemia).
