Alvadiem Sport Anti-Friction Cream 75ml is an anti-friction cream (for feet, groin, crotch, armpits...) based on organic honey, iris and organic wild acanthus.
It allows 3 actions:
- it avoids blisters,
- it reinforces the epidermis,
- and soothes the irritations.
It is used before a physical effort or in prevention of overheating and in preparation for an event.
Developed in partnership with the ANPS (National Association of Sports Podiatrists).

- Before a physical effort: To prevent overheating, apply a first layer on the areas of friction (feet, groin, crotch, armpit, nipples, shoulders ...) and make it penetrate. then apply a second layer without allowing it to penetrate for a second skin effect.
- In preparation for a test: 4 weeks before, apply daily to the entire foot to strengthen the epidermis and restore elasticity and resistance to your skin.
External use only.
