Alvityl Méla-Sommeil Nuit Set of 2 x 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B6 and 3 plants.
Melatonin, combined with passionflower, lemon balm, chamomile and matricaria, reduces the time it takes to fall asleep, thanks to the effective action of melatonin.
Passionflower promotes quality sleep and has a relaxing effect.
Its formula lasts 7 hours.

1 capsule to be swallowed with a full glass of water 30 minutes before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
