It combines 7 natural ingredients: green clay, harpagophytum, horsetail, essential oils of peppermint, rosemary, cajeput and thyme.

Massage 2 to 3 times a day into the area concerned (knee, shoulder, wrist, back, etc.). Depending on the desired effect, massage for varying lengths of time to relax the area.
