Shake the phial before opening.
Tap each end of the bulb with the index finger to weaken them.
Using a paper towel, break the first end out of the glass to avoid falling debris. Turn the bulb over and place the first end over the glass. Break the second end out of the glass with a paper towel.Allow the liquid to drain. Add half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
Take 1 phial per day, in the morning or at lunch or at meal time.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
It is possible to renew the catch several times a year.
