Arkopharma Arkomag Organic 30 Tablets is a food supplement which associates magnesium of marine origin and vegetable origin for a double action:
- regain physical energy by reducing fatigue and maintaining good muscle function,
- contribute to mental energy, maintaining normal psychological functions and a good functioning of the nervous system, especially in case of irritability.

- Adults and children from 6 years: 1 tablet to be swallowed during breakfast with a large glass of water.
- From the age of 15, the daily dose can be increased to 2 tablets per day (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening), in case of fatigue, nervousness or more intense stress.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for people sensitive to iodine.
