Arkopharma Arkorelax Sleep Flash 20ml is a food supplement, an express solution to help you fall asleep and get back to sleep more quickly in case of occasional sleep problems, waking up in the middle of the night or jet lag.
This innovative sublingual spray allows a fast action thanks to an immediate release and absorption of the active ingredients:
- melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep from the consumption of 1 mg, at the start of the night or during nocturnal awakenings. It also helps to reduce the effects of jet lag by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and the few days following arrival at destination;
- eschscholtzia is recognized for its beneficial effects on the quality of sleep, in particular by helping to reduce nocturnal awakenings.
Easy and practical to use, this product is a precious and nomadic aid to take with you everywhere.
Does not cause drowsiness upon awakening.

Shake well before use. Hold the bottle upright.
On first use, prime the pump with 2-3 sprays.
- Falling asleep/waking up at night: 2 sprays under the tongue before going to bed or during the night when you wake up.
- Jet lag: 1 spray under the tongue just before going to bed, on the 1st day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at destination. From the arrival of the stay, it is recommended to follow the local rhythm of the country (times of the meal and of sleep).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 sprays per day maximum).
Excess use may result in laxative effects.
