Arkopharma Arkorelax Sommeil Flexi-Doses 60 Mini Sublingual Tablets is a dietary sleep supplement in mini-doses to be adapted to your specific needs, for a good night's sleep in all circumstances.
Its poppy-based formula helps you relax and fall asleep. It is complemented by melatonin at 0.5 mg per tablet.
These melt-under-the-tongue mini-tablets are easy to use and fast-acting, thanks to the immediate release and absorption of the active ingredients. The small format of the box is ideal for taking with you wherever you go.
No dependence or drowsiness on waking.

- Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, i.e. 1 tablet under the tongue just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days following arrival at destination.
- Fall asleep: 1 tablet under the tongue before bedtime or during the night. Up to 3 tablets can be taken as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
