Bausch + Lomb Désosept Ointment 15 g is a preparation intended for use on the skin of the eyelids. It helps relieve symptoms such as itchy skin, pain or swelling of the eyelids, linked to the appearance of external styes or chalazion, among others.
The formula of the three ingredients contained in the ointment (Manuka honey, Manuka oil and organic cinnamon oil extract) soothes irritation, has a moisturizing effect and promotes regeneration of the eyelid skin's protective barrier.
Preservative-free.
Cleanse eyelid skin. Apply a small amount of ointment and massage it into the area of the eyelid presenting an external stye or chalazion. Massage should be carried out in the direction of the gland orifice, i.e. on the upper eyelid - from top to bottom, on the lower eyelid - from bottom to top.
If there is no visible improvement within 5 days of starting treatment, consult a doctor.
Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, and discontinue use if allergic reaction occurs.
Do not use on injured or damaged skin.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use for more than 90 days from the date of first opening.
