- Period (phase 1 of the menstrual cycle): 2 tablets per day in the morning on an empty stomach, from the first day of the cycle (beginning of menstruation) until the end of the period.
- PMS period (premenstrual syndrome): 2 capsules per day in the morning on an empty stomach, from the 22nd day of the cycle until the day before the period.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
