Berocca Energy 40 Tablets to Swallow is a food supplement that associates in only one tablet the essential vitamins, thus Magnesium and Zinc, to provide the essential energy for the day, both physically and mentally.
Its formula:
- provides the necessary energy for the day, thanks to vitamins B (except B9) and C and magnesium, which contribute to normal energy metabolism,
- supports physical fitness and mental activity, thanks to vitamins B9 and C which help reduce fatigue and zinc, which contributes to normal cognitive functioning.

1 tablet per day to take with a glass of water, in a 30-day program, renewable if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
This product is not suitable for people with kidney problems.
