Biosynex Multizone Thermal Cushion 20 x 30cm is a reusable thermal cushion, in micro-bead gel and fast action, which can be used in thermotherapy not hot or cold:
- Thermotherapy by cold: decreases swelling, calms inflammation, reduces the sensation of pain. Recommended in case of sprains, bruises, dislocations, strains, hematomas.
- Thermotherapy by heat: reduces muscle or joint pain. Relaxing effect. Recommended in case of muscle pain and tension, lumbago, menstrual pain.
Reusable.
Flexible.
The velvet side of the product provides additional comfort and limits the risk of burning or cracking.
- Cold thermotherapy: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Heat thermotherapy: Heat in the microwave oven respecting the temperature and heating time indicated:
- 700 W : 40 s + 10 s
- 1000 W : 30 s + 5 s
