Boiron Mag'Nuit 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement indicated to facilitate falling asleep and help you get a good quality sleep. It contains an innovative formula combining 3 components:
- Magnesium: for relaxation and balance in the evening before bedtime. Magnesium participates in normal psychological functions and is involved in the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Lemon balm: to facilitate falling asleep and improve the quality of your sleep.
- Polyphenols extracted from grape seeds (pro-anthocyanidins): for their antioxidant action.
