Description

Clinique Moisture Surge Intense 72H Lipid Replenishing Hydrator 50ml is a cream-gel with rich and unctuous rich cream that moisturises and soothes the skin to give it a smooth, plumped and luminous appearance.

Its self-rehydrating and lipid-replenishing technology is composed of :

  • of centella asiatica, which soothes and calms irritations and redness,
  • hyaluronic acid, aloe vera water and caffeine, which keep the skin hydrated for 72 hours, even after cleansing,
  • of vitamin E and ceramides, which protect against external aggressions and strengthen the skin's lipid barrier.

This care refills dry, dehydrated and/or stressed skin, reactivates its internal hydration system and fixes moisturising and nourishing actives.

It is suitable for very dry to combination skin.

Fragrance free.

Directions for use

Apply to the skin when you feel the need.

Indication: Hydration of dry and dehydrated skins.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really soothing for dry skin This is the best moisturiser I've found for my dry skin. This doesn't sit on top of the skin, it really sinks into the skin and hydrates. My skin usually feels tight on my face, and with this I don't get that feeling, brings my skin so much relief. I've got sensitive skin that gets quite red when it's irritated. I tend to find when I put this product on it can be a bit cooling on the redness which is a bonus.

The fortifying moisture surge was the best moisture Iv ever used and it's been discontinued. It was like no other it was light but kept my skin supple and glow all day. The range it's now for all skin types now? How!! How can a moisture be for dry, very dry, combination and oily? It can't!! Different skin types need different things! This does not keep my skin hydrated, an hour at the most! And it actually dries out my skin! This is for oily skin. So disappointed! I don't understand why you stopped the fortifying moisture surge it was an amazing product, my friends used it and also disappointed! Unfortunately I will not be purchasing this range anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My miracle cream I get dry patches on my face and have tried all types of cream, they tend to just sit on the top of my skin and then rub off. I decided to try this and I'm so glad I did, my dry patches have totally gone and even after washing my face it no longer feels tight. I understand when people say it looks greasy when applied, I use powdered foundation and was dubious about using it over the top, but absolutely no problems at all, goes on without a problem, I've already bought a bigger pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for dehydrated skin I've been struggling with dehydrated skin this winter, and piling on lots of thick creams to try and combat it without much luck. After 2 uses of this cream, my skin feels far more comfortable, not as tight, and my makeup is sitting much better. It's light, leaves a slight non-oily glow to the skin, which I like. Great base for makeup.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very shiny finish I bought this moisturiser as my skin has become very dry over winter, being indoors with central heating during lockdown. It's ok when used overnight, when it has time to be absorbed, but if I apply after cleansing in the morning it sits on the surface of the skin for ages, leaving a shiny, slightly greasy finish. This affects the application of foundation.

I've had last winter the old version of the Clinique moisture surge intense and I loved it, I kept using it during the spring as well. I thought that I found the perfect cream for my skin type and needs, but unfortunately when I bought it again in November 2020 I faced a big disappointment and I felt like I just thrown my money in the wind. I was using the old version 2 times a day and it was Perfect!!!, I wasn't in need of something else. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION!!!!, at least for people who love it more than anything else, it can be a win-win for everybody, including your company. I am already looking for an alternative but it definitely can not be found through your products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the original and best moisture surge intense I do not understand why Clinique seem to go out of their way to alienate their core market - I've used Clinique skincare since my 20s but over the years I've had to reduce the range of products I use as you keep adding Disodium EDTA to everything - moisture surge was the exception until now! Why change a product that is perfect as it is and has many loyal customers as myself. The new formula is nowhere near as moisturising and my skin hates it! So now I'm on the search for a new one. What a shame after using your products for 25 years!
