Dr. Theiss Alcabase pH Indicator Paper 52 Tests to use for the control of urinary pH.
Yellow paper changes the colour depending of the urine pH.
The leaflet contains a scale with different colours according to the pH value.
Collect fresh urine in a cup around 10 a.m., midday and evening.
Grasp a test strip with dry fingers. Immerse the test strip for 1 second in the urine, remove it and shake off any excess liquid. The tab changes colour in moist areas, depending on the pH value.
Compare the colour with the colour scale within 2 minutes.
- If the pH is less than 7, the urine is acidic.
- If it is greater than 7, the urine is basic.
For evaluation, seek professional advice.
Dispose of the test strips in the household waste.
Any change in colour of unused test strips has no effect on their validity.
