Elastoplast Sport Adjustable Stabilising Knee Pad is designed to relieve acute and chronic knee pain, stabilize the joint and limit movement. It can also be used in prevention. It provides rigid support and knee protection. It is adjustable for personalized comfort (33 - 45.5 cm in diameter at the knee) and a suitable level of support. It is equipped with:
- stabilizing rods on the sides,
- reflective straps for better visibility,
- breathable materials for optimal comfort.
It is suitable for both the right knee and the left knee, in daily use and during sports activities.
- Open the straps and place the knee pad on the knee, the smooth side should be in contact with the skin, the gray band on the outside of the leg. Center the ball joint at the level of the opening. While holding the knee pad, wrap the central band around the knee and fasten it.
- Wrap the other 2 strips around the knee and attach them to the knee pad.
- Seek advice from a healthcare professional if in doubt about the severity of the injury.
Some people may be sensitive to neoprene. If the skin reacts, stop use and consult a specialist.
