Essity Actimove Physiopack Hot/Cold Reusable Pack 16cm X 26cm is a pack indicated for application:
- hot: in case of muscle pain, inflammation and arthritis, muscle stiffness,
- cold: in case of traumatic lesion, inflammation, muscle spasm, arthrosis, if used during rehabilitation.
Cooled or warmed, it always remains supple.
Supplied without protective cover.
Read the instruction before use.
In cold application: forbidden in case of circulation troubles, Raynaud's diseases, cryoglobulinemia, cold paroxysmal hemoglobinuria and cold urticaria.
In hot application: forbidden in case of circulation troubles, tumors, sensory disturbances, acute trauma, bleeding, acute inflammation and acute edema.
Do not apply directly to the skin. always insert a cloth, towel, or cover between the pack and the skin.
Do not apply more than 20-30 minutes.
Heats up in hot water (2 minutes at 80°C) or in the microwave (4 minutes at 180W).
Cools flat in the freezer (-10 to -15°C), usable 2 hours later or in the refrigerator (10°C), usable 6 hours later.
Monitor application on children.
Cleans with water or a common disinfectant.
Always check the condition of the pack before use.
