Forté Pharma Forté Nuit 8H 15 Tablets is a food supplement created to promote sleep and quality sleep.
- melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep;
- valerian helps maintain natural sleep;
- california poppy contributes to optimal relaxation and improves the quality of sleep;
- GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) is a substance naturally present in the body, playing the role of a messenger;
- passionflower is a plant traditionally used for its many virtues;
- vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
This food supplement is not addictive.
Gluten free, lactose free and no added sugars.
Take 1 tablet in the evening with a large glass of water (200 ml), half an hour in the evening before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Prolonged use is not recommended.
