Granions Chondrostéo + Joints 180 Tablets is a food supplement with the triple action formula "Mobility - Flexibility - Bone Capital" to act at the heart of the joints. It contains 10 rigorously selected ingredients:
- glucosamine HCL dosed at 1125mg;
- chondroitin sodium sulfate dosed at 150mg;
- harpagophytum traditionally used to promote joint comfort;
- methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane (MSM) containing sulfur ;
- blackcurrant leaves and Meadowsweet contribute to improve joint mobility;
- minerals and trace elements: Calcium and Manganese contribute to the maintenance of bone capital, Bamboo extract, titrated in silicon, and Copper contribute to the maintenance of connective tissue, including cartilage.
Without dye (titanium dioxide, indigotine).
Made in France.
3 tablets per day in 1 dose with a large glass of water preferably in the morning during breakfast.
To be used in a 3 month program and to be renewed if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
It is advisable to consume this food supplement as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In general, it is recommended that pregnant and breastfeeding women should be advised to seek the advice of a health professional prior to any supplementation.
The use is not recommended in case of ulcers (stomach or duodenum) or gallstones due to the presence of Harpagophytum. The use in people suffering from allergy to salicyl derivatives and the use in people under anticoagulant treatment, in children and adolescents is not recommended because of the presence of Meadowsweet.
Calcium can cause kidney problems for people at risk. The use in pregnant women is not recommended because of the presence of bamboo.

The fact that the tablets are colourless gives them a natural colour that can change over time.
Glucosamine HCL. Minerals: calcium carbonate (corn starch), tricalcium phosphate, copper gluconate, manganese gluconate, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), sodium chondroitin sulfate, Harpagophytum extract (Harpagophytum procumbens, maltodextrin), meadowsweet, blackcurrant, bamboo extract. Anticaking agent: magnesium stearate. Emulsifiers: mono, di and triglycerides of fatty acids.
Coating ingredients: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid.
