- Type II collagen 500 mg, of marine origin, low molecular weight (<2000 Daltons) and hydrolyzed for better assimilation by the body.
- Hyaluronic acid: naturally present in the synovial fluid of joints, the quantity of which diminishes with age.
- Turmeric relieves joint and muscle pain.
- Boswellia, which may promote bone and joint health, and bromelain.
- Copper helps maintain normal connective tissue, including cartilage.
- Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure normal function of bones, cartilage and skin.
- Vitamin D3, which contributes to the absorption and normal use of calcium and phosphorus.

1 tablet in the morning with breakfast and 1 tablet in the evening with dinner, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
