This product has a complete action on skin, nails, hair, joints, cartilage, bones and muscles, tendons, ligaments and vessels.
Type 1 marine collagen enhances the beauty and health of nails.
Elastin, an essential skin protein, provides suppleness and elasticity, while hyaluronic acid is recognized for improving skin tone and firmness.
Biotin helps maintain healthy hair and radiant skin, while vitamin C promotes normal collagen formation and copper helps maintain connective tissue.
Finally, bamboo extract supports joint comfort.

Lemon flavor.
Take 13 grams of dilutable powder a day (approx. 3 measuring spoons), divided into 1 or 2 doses, to be dissolved in a large glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml).
Use of a shaker optimizes powder dissolution.
Separating the two doses is beneficial for complete assimilation of the active ingredients.
