Products are activated by oxidation.
Once the hermetically sealed packaging is opened, the iron granules inside the product react with the oxygen in the air, generating heat.

Thermotherapy is indicated in the post-trauma phase and for chronic trauma, lower back pain, sciatica, muscle pain due to contractures or cramps, joint stiffness and rheumatic myalgia.
The patch relieves pain in the cervical and lumbar region (also wrist and shoulder).
Before use, make sure your skin is dry and you're not sweating.
Take the patch out of its plastic envelope just before use.
Remove the protective film from the patch's adhesive, then apply it immediately to the painful area.

To avoid burns, do not use the product while you are sleeping.

Use with extreme caution on sensitive skin.
Do not wet, cut or tear the patch.
Do not apply too much pressure to the patch area.
This device is not recommended for use by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
The patch can be used for up to 8 hours, then removed and reapplied after 24 hours.

In the event of hypersensitivity, skin irritation or previous allergies to drugs or cosmetics, it is advisable to stop treatment, consult your doctor and report any adverse effects.
The user must report any contraindication, side effect or serious incident related to the use of the device to the manufacturer and to the authority of the Member State in which the user is located.

Do not use if you cannot remove the patch independently (elderly, disabled, children).
Do not use in case of eczema on the skin. In case of unexpected reaction, remove patch immediately.
Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use on the face or on damaged skin (cuts, wounds, eczema or rashes).
On skin treated with ointments, creams and gels, on heat-reactive skin, on areas where the product has already been applied within the last 24 hours, on areas where another heating device is applied, on acute muscle lesions.
Do not use during sleep.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before use if you have circulatory problems, sensory deficits due to diabetes, or temperature perception problems.

Do not heat the device after use, and do not place in a microwave oven.
In case of accidental inhalation, seek medical advice.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water and consult a doctor.
When the patch is no longer hot, dispose of it in the trash (after use, the product is considered household waste).

In the event of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor or the Poison Control Centre with the information on the packaging.
Internal contents may stain clothing.
