L'Herbôthicaire Alchémille Plante Pour Tisane Bio 50 g is a product for feminine comfort.
Thanks to its composition, it helps maintain optimal comfort before and during the menstrual cycle.
Alchemilla is recognized for its role in hormonal balance, helping to regulate irregular cycles and relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
It also helps reduce menstrual cramps and excessive bleeding, promoting a more harmonious cycle.
This product can be used as an infusion, decoction or maceration.

5 teaspoons per cup, or 5 g per cup as an infusion, 2 to 3 times a day.
This method of preparation is recommended mainly for leaves, flowers or flowering tops.
To make a successful infusion, in a glass or porcelain container, cover the recommended quantity of plants with cold drinking water, then pour in 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water.
Stir occasionally (especially with aromatic plants containing volatile active ingredients).
Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then filter gently.
As a decoction:
Particularly useful in the presence of stems, roots or bark.
Place your plants directly in cold drinking water.
Bring to the boil.
Boil for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
Leave to infuse for a further ten minutes or so before filtering.
In maceration :
Some plants do not tolerate high temperatures.
For these, it's best to macerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in boiling drinking water, then filter.
Plant appearance may vary according to cut and/or origin.
