1 teaspoon, or 2.5 g of root, decocted daily.
Particularly useful in the presence of stems, roots or bark.
Place your plants directly in cold drinking water.
Bring to the boil.
Boil for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
Leave to infuse for a further ten minutes or so before filtering.

As an infusion:

This method of preparation is mainly recommended for leaves, flowers or flowering tops.
To make a successful infusion, in a glass or porcelain container, cover the recommended quantity of plants with cold drinking water, then pour in 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water.
Stir occasionally (especially with aromatic plants containing volatile active ingredients).
Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then filter gently.

In maceration :

Some plants do not tolerate high temperatures.
For these, it's best to macerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in boiling drinking water, then filter.

Plant appearance may vary according to cut and/or origin.

Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
