L'Herbôthicaire Meadowsweet Herbal Tea 50 g is a product for joint comfort.
Thanks to its composition, it promotes healthy joint function.
Meadowsweet is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties, helping to relieve joint pain, rheumatism and muscular tension.
It helps eliminate toxins and uric acid, reducing inflammation and joint stiffness for greater flexibility and mobility.
This product can be used as an infusion, decoction or maceration.

4 teaspoons, or 3-6 g of flowering tops, infused in hot water not exceeding 80°C, several times a day.
This method of preparation is recommended mainly for leaves, flowers or flowering tops.
To make your infusion a success, in a glass or porcelain container, cover the recommended quantity of plants with cold drinking water, then pour in 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water.
Stir occasionally (especially with aromatic plants containing volatile active ingredients).
Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then filter gently.
As a decoction:
Particularly useful in the presence of stems, roots or bark.
Place your plants directly in cold drinking water.
Bring to the boil.
Boil for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
Leave to infuse for a further ten minutes or so before filtering.
In maceration :
Some plants do not tolerate high temperatures.
For these, it's best to macerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in boiling drinking water, then filter.
Plant appearance may vary according to cut and/or origin.
