Description

La Roche-Posay Anthelios Hydrating Lotion Ultra Resistant SPF50+ 250ml is a milk with very high protection against UVA/UVB which helps to prevent oxidative stress generated by infra-reds and pollution.

Resistant to water and perspiration, it leaves no white traces and does not sting the eyes.

The tube is made of eco-responsible paper and is part of the first generation of tube made from cardboard. It uses 45% less plastic (compared to a similar plastic tube).

Dermatologically tested on sensitive skin. Ophthalmologically tested on sensitive eyes and eye contours. Tested on contact lens wearers.

Made in France.

Directions for use

Apply the product just before exposure.

Renew generously and frequently, especially after swimming, sweating or being wiped.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.

Avoid contact with textiles.

Avoid putting the tube directly in contact with water.

The abuse of the sun is dangerous.

A solar product never fully protects.

Do not expose babies and young children.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vitiligo skin ✨️ I have vitiligo ( I'm 97% white) which means I have no pigment to protect my skin from the sun . I have to use sun cream everyday even in tbe UK. I bought this product as i am always looking for the holy grail of suncream for myself & I have to say I loved it on my 2 week holiday in south italy ,it gave excellent protection in the sea ,when sweating and I liked the fact I could use it both on my face & body. I did not burn once on holiday . I will definitely be buying this product from now on to us every day. For me it is worth the price .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love It…But Love this lotion. Seen me through some scorchers. Packaging is unique but not very secure. I would hesitate putting this in my luggage without taping the lid down, but one shouldn’t have to. As I do not work outdoors, one bottle would definitely last for a summer. Be careful with your clothing. I normally do my neck, décolletage, shoulders and legs first before putting on my clothes, and then doing my arms last. Formula is good. Please do this formula in a smaller size so that I can pop it in my bag for reapplication if I am out and about. This is too big a tube to be lugging around on a day out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic protection, feels unnoticeable! This has been my go to sunscreen for my arms and legs when I wear short clothing! It’s much much better than American sunscreens. It’s got state of the art checmical filters, it’s the same or cheaper than the counterpart’s size, and it’s non fragrance and truly smells like nothing. I don’t like the bottle design for how it comes out, as it’s really messy and frequently has some leftover sunscreen ooze out, but it’s a small detail. Overall I really like this waterproof formula. As of March 2024, there is no UVmune 400 body sunscreen formula. Therefore, I believe this is the best protection I can get and it’s easily 5 stars. Will be reordering for the summer to use on the beach and pool. You won’t regret it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaves awful yellow marks I love the la Roche posay suncream range, but the factor 50 has absolutely wrecked our swimwear and clothing! Staining everything yellow even from the tiniest little touch, it even ruined the beach towels at the resort we were staying at! I’ve never had this happen before with any other brand, it is going to cost us a fortune to replace all of the clothing it has ruined!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very effective This works very well but it’s a bit greasy. Applies very well and easy to spread and work into the skin. It’s very water resistant and the sun resistance lasts a long time. The smell is quite strong too, but it’s not unpleasant.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sun protection for all the family After purchasing Anthelios Dermo-Pediatrics 50+, I can't leave the house without it as it offers the best sun protection for the whole family including my daughter and husband who have highly sensitive, eczema prone skin. An added bonus is the eco-friendly tube which makes it even better for the environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great SPF I love this SPF, I always find body SPF leaves streaks on my body but this one blends in so well and isn’t sticky for me either. I also burn quite easily so reapplying this throughout the day really helps to reduce that for me. I don’t use any other SPF apart from La Roche-Posay!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Greasy I love LRP products but have to say I didn’t enjoy using this one. Perhaps if you use a small amount it would be okay, but anyone who knows anything about sunscreen will tell you that you need a good thick coating to properly protect you. This unfortunately was very thick, heavy and greasy, and did not sink in. In stark contrast to the Anthelios face formulas which are brilliant. I actually have quite dry skin so I would have thought my skin would enjoy this formula, but it sadly did not sink in so ended up rubbing off on clothes and furniture. I would advise LRP that a UVmune formula for the body would be much appreciated, and a lightweight texture like the facial formulas would be much better! 2 stars awarded for the very high protection offered.
