Description

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M 40ml is a triple-correction anti-imperfection treatment recommended for severe and recurring blemishes, blackheads and post-acne marks.
Its formula acts against the predominant bacteria at the root of acne:

  • helps soothe and reduce blemishes
  • moisturizes the skin,
  • helps prevent the appearance of red and brown marks,
  • promotes skin regeneration,
  • it helps restore the skin's balance over the long term.

Anti-relapse, it maintains the benefits of anti-acne treatment, even 3 months after discontinuation.

Its moisturizing, mattifying gel-cream texture is an excellent make-up base.
Non-greasy finish. Non-comedogenic.

Tested on acne-prone skin, even on severe blemishes.

Directions for use

Apply morning and/or evening to cleansed face.
Avoid the eye contour area.

Use alone or in conjunction with anti-acne medication.

Moving to the UK has been tough on my skin, causing severe breakouts and acne marks on my forehead, cheeks, and around my mouth and chin. I had high hopes for this product. Although the sample was small, I tried to make the most of it to clear up my skin. The results were mixed: my cheeks and forehead improved significantly, but unfortunately, my chin and mouth area reacted badly, resulting in painful acne and dark scars. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I had really hoped this would help. I wish I could have tested it longer to see if it would eventually clear up the problem areas, but I ran out of the sample. Now, I'm unsure if I should purchase it again.
