La Roche-Posay Lipikar Syndet AP+ 400ml Eco-Refill 400ml is an ultra-soft lipid-replenishing cleansing cream for body and face of babies, children and adults.
Indicated for sensitive; very dry and irritated skins subject to itching, generating scratching, it acts on the 2 determining factors of skin prone to atopic eczema:
- it establishes and stabilises the microbiome balance thanks to Aqua Posae Filiformis active ingredient,
- it restores and preserves the cutaneous barrier thanks to Shea butter.
Its formula is concentrated in soothing Niacinamide. It has been elaborated with minimum ingredients, selected for their efficacy, their tolerance with physiological pH and to minimise the allergy risks. It suits to hair scalp of infants, cradle cap and intimate areas and does not sting the eyes.

Practical and ecological, the refill allows to keep the flask-pump by using 73% of less plastic.

Apply to the previously wet skin of the face and body. Massage lightly then rinse.
