Laboratoires IPRAD ChronoDorm Melatonin 1,9mg 2 x 30 Sublingual Tablets is a food supplement based on Melatonin, which contributes to reduce time to falling asleep.
Each tablet contain 1,9mg of melatonin.

Reserved to adults.
Let one tablet dissolve under the tongue half an hour before bedtime. It is advisable to take the tablet always at the same time.
To be taken over a period of 15 days or occasionally. To renew if necessary.
For travelers who would like to mitigate the effects of jet lag thanks to melatonin: Let a tablet melt under the tongue half an hour before going to bed the day before departure.
