Ladrôme Bio'Sommeil Triple Action Sleep Oral Spray Organic 20ml is a food supplement that contains a synergy of 5 organic plants with specific virtues including:
- lemon balm which acts effectively on insomnia. It promotes relaxation, falling asleep and helps maintain a restful sleep, without nocturnal awakening;
- valerian and passionflower, which calm the excitement and tensions of everyday life, thus promoting sleep and serene rest;
- saffron and California yellow poppy which promotes mental and physical well-being for a balanced sleep/wake cycle. It thus improves the quality of natural sleep.
