Directions for use
20 to 25 drops diluted in a drink 3 times a day (3 to 3,8ml per day) for 3 weeks.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.

Good stuff!
It tastes absolutely fine diluted in half a glass of water - not sure why some reviewers found it slightly unpleasant! Can't quite honestly afford to take it THREE times daily but even with my once a day, I do believe my memory is improving. Time will tell. Will definitely be ordering again.
