Léro Phanères Hair and Nails 90 Capsules + 30 Capsules Offered is a food supplement which brings a combination of cystine, essential fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements which help to find the strength and the beauty of your hair and your nails.
- Cystine, an essential sulfur amino acid, is one of the important components of the structure of keratin, the main constituent of hair and nails;
- biotin (vitamin B8) and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and normal hair;
- vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine;
- vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress;
- Evening primrose oil is rich in linoleic fatty acid (omega 6) and linolenic fatty acid (omega 3).
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, during a meal, for 3 to 6 renewable months.
