Only heat the bag inside the plush in the microwave. This should only be done by a responsible adult.
Inspect your bag at regular intervals; if damaged, do not heat and discard the product.

Once heated, let stand for 20 seconds before use.

Insert in plush :

Carefully re-insert the inner bag into the plush cover and make sure it's securely closed.
Inspect regularly. Discard if worn or damaged.

For a refreshing effect:

Place the inner bag in a clean, sealed plastic bag and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Reinsert the plush into the bag and make sure it's tightly closed.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
Keep away from extreme heat, sources of fire or flammable products.
For optimum performance, use within 2 years of purchase.

Watch out!

Be careful when removing the sachet from the microwave, as it can be very hot. If it's too hot for your skin, let it cool to a comfortable temperature.
Always test the temperature of the pack before application.
If the power output is not indicated on the microwave oven, refer to the power indications in the user manual.
Do not overheat, as the temperature may rise after removal from the microwave and cause burns or fire.
Overheating or heating for longer than the recommended time may result in physical injury or damage to your microwave.

If the pack is not cold enough, return it to the freezer for a further 20 minutes.
Reheat only when the element is at room temperature. The heating element may take 2 hours to reach room temperature.

DO NOT use if inner bag is damaged or torn. If necessary, dispose of the bag according to local instructions.
