Keep away from extreme heat, sources of fire or flammable products.

1 - Only heat the bag inside the plush belt in the microwave. This should only be done by a responsible adult.
2 - Inspect your pouch; if damaged, do not heat and discard the product.
3 - Respect the specified time and power.

4 - Once heated, let stand for 20 seconds before use.
5 - Insert into plush belt:
- Carefully re-insert the inner bag into the plush belt cover and make sure it's securely closed.
- Inspect regularly. Discard if worn or damaged.
6 - For a refreshing effect:
- Place inner bag in a clean, sealed plastic bag, then freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Reinsert into plush cover and make sure it's securely closed.

Be careful when removing the bag from the microwave, as it can be very hot.

If it's too hot for your skin, let it cool to a comfortable temperature.
Always test the pack temperature before use.
If the power output is not indicated on the microwave oven, refer to the power ratings in the user manual.
Do not overheat, as the temperature may rise after removal from the microwave and cause burns or fire.
Overheating or heating for longer than the recommended time may result in physical injury or damage to your microwave.
To avoid cold burns, which can occur if the pack is too cold for your skin, allow it to warm up to a tolerable temperature.
If the pack is not cold enough, return it to the freezer for a further 20 minutes.

Reheat only when element is at room temperature.

The heated element may cause burns or fire.
Do not use if inner bag is damaged or torn.
In such cases, dispose of the sachet in accordance with local instructions.
