Fill the kettle with hot, but not boiling, water (between 60°C and 80°C maximum).
Fill to two-thirds of its capacity. Carefully expel any remaining air before screwing on the cap.
Make sure the cap is tightly closed to prevent any leaks.
Place the hot water bottle on the desired area for comfortable, long-lasting relief.

Empty the kettle after each use.
Rinse with clean water and leave to dry upside down, cap removed.
Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning.
Store the kettle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Store without the cap to avoid condensation build-up inside.
Do not bend to avoid damaging the material.

Do not use with boiling water, as this may damage the kettle and cause burns.
Always check the integrity of the kettle before each use.
Keep out of reach of children when the kettle is filled with hot water.
Do not apply directly to the skin without protection (e.g. cover, cloth) to avoid burns.
Do not use the kettle as a cushion or sit on it.
