Mag 2 Sleep Prolonged Release 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement specially designed to help :
- fall asleep quickly thanks to high melatonin content (1.9 mg)
- benefit from quality sleep thanks to California poppy and hawthorn, which contribute to relaxation and improve the quality of natural sleep.
- regain a state of calm and serenity thanks to magnesium (300 mg) and vitamin B6, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
It is composed of 2 layers for better assimilation by the body. The first layer has an immediate action, while the second spreads its action progressively over time.
1 tablet to be swallowed with a glass of water before bedtime.
Take for 15 to 30 days, depending on level of fatigue and nervousness.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
