Description

Great concept, poor execution
The concept is great, but the price and the quality of the product is in my opinion a mismatch.
After only a week of use, on of the tubes fell off the attachment base. In total this happened three times, when using the system over a couple of months and alternating between four SNS sets. Also, the patent for the tubes, their base and the rubber ring was of very varying quality, as one of the bottles consistently would leak if tightened just a bit too much or little. This was incredibly frustrating, as the content would leak out onto both mom and baby. As I also tested the SNS system for a long period, we found that the baby after a while would get fussy if he didn't feel the tube in his mouth. So I don't recommend using if for a extended period of time.

Game changer
Brilliant product to help prem newborn. Good instructions and great customer service. I requested a quick dispatch and received the sns the next day which was much appreciated

Easy to use but not easy to clean
I bought this because my milk supply is low and had difficulty latching him on one side. It helped with the latching and stimulation. I think it works well for me. The only thing is it’s not easy to clean. Would be good if there is a thin brush designed for the bottle cleaning.

Gamechanger!
I struggled to breastfeed both my boys due to having a low milk supply so was having to top up every feed to ensure weight gain. I bought the SNS for my second and it has been great as it has allowed me to supplement while still breastfeeding so has been a game changer for me. It is quite fiddly so takes some getting used to. The main downsides are that it hadn't lasted as well as I would have hoped. 3 months in I am in need of my third set of valves/tubing as the tubes keep breaking or becoming disconnected (including mid feed). I would have hoped that it would be more robust than this.

Good product
This is a great product if you don’t want to give bottle to your baby however it takes time and patience to find out the best way to use it. Also I had to order another set of tubes as it’s very hard to clean them, even though I cleaned them straight after every use.

Great for low milk supply
Due to low milk supply I started using this and use it at every feed - my baby is now 4 months old. Like others I was struggling to triple feed, I love that it means baby gets their formula whilst still getting the breastmilk and without this I probably couldn't have continued breastfeeding which is very important to me and I'm sure it has increased my supply too. It can be tricky at first until you get the hang of it but is then easy to use once you're used to it. I added a clip onto the neck cord to make it easier for me to adjust, remove and clean - I think this would be a good added feature given the price point. It would also be really helpful to buy replacement packs of the tubing size you need rather than having to buy a pack of one of each size when you only use one size too, because the tubing is delicate and can break easily which is the only downside in my opinion. It's a great product, if priced slightly lower I think more people would try it and would be able to carry on breastfeeding if they had difficulties, it saved my breastfeeding journey 100%.

Good but…
I really liked the concept and once you get the hang of it it works well.
But the system is too messy for me as baby kept on tangling his hands with the little tube and it was difficult for me to insert the tube in baby’s mouth together with my breast.
I gave up and ended up using bottle as it was stressing me but definitely give it a go!

Slow to setup
Good product in theory but so timely to set up and use that I never managed to use it once. If using formula need to make formula, cool down and set up all the while whilst baby is getting more and more agitated and harder to latch on. If using expressed milk still need to warm up and set it up. Hopefully others will find more useful
