0-1 year: 1 stick per day, 30-day program.
Over one year: 2 sticks per day, 15-day program.
Bottle: Disperse the contents of one stick in at least 75 ml of cold or lukewarm liquid (water or bottle of unheated milk).
Plate: From the age of diversification, you can disperse the sticks in baby's food (unheated).
Avoid mixing the stick directly with hot food, at temperatures above 40°C, as heat may harm the ingredients in the formula.
