Take 1 ampoule in the morning with breakfast. May be repeated several times a year, especially at seasonal changes.
Shake ampoule before opening.
Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way detracts from its quality.
Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it.
Using a paper towel, break off the 1st end of the glass to prevent any debris from falling out.
Turn the bulb over and place the 1st end on top of the glass. Break the 2nd end off the glass using a paper towel.
Allow liquid to drain away. Add the equivalent of 1/2 glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
