Omum Mon Coup de Pousse Nutricosmetics 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on plants, brewer's yeast, biotin and zinc.
Nettle strengthens hair, arugula promotes hair growth, and zinc and biotin help maintain normal hair.
2 capsules per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water. Recommended duration: 3 months, repeated if necessary.
