This doypack is suitable for approximately 17 cups.
Bring 200 ml of water to the boil.
Add the water to your cup and 1 teaspoon of the preparation. (2 or 3 grams).
Leave to infuse at 95°C for 5 minutes.
Wait a few minutes before drinking (it's hot).
Take 2 cups maximum until mid-afternoon.
