One tablet contains a concentration of 1 000mg of Spirulina.
2 to 4 tablets per day to take with a glass of water best in the morning. It is advised to start the 2 first days with 1 tablet per day. The third day and fourth day : 2 tablets per day, then 1 tablet more every 2 days until the desired 4 tablets daily dose is reached.
