Pranarôm Bio Essential Oil Petit Grain Bigarade (Citrus aurantium ssp amara) 10 ml 100% pure and natural, organic certified is used as a food supplement.
From China, bitter orange has spread in the Mediterranean climate. The bitter orange or bigarade provides an essential oil with a very pleasant smell which the simple inhalation brings calm, relaxation and harmony. It is therefore recommended in atmospheric diffusion to reduce stress.

Directions for use
2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral support (honey, sugar cane, vegetable oil).
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 3 years old.
In massage: on the inside of the wrists and then breathe: 2 drops in a few drops of vegetable oil 3 to 6 times a day.
