Oral track: 2 drops of essential oil 3 times a day in honey, olive oil or on a cane sugar under the tongue.
Cutaneous track: dilute 2 drops of essential oil, 2 drops of gaultheria and 10 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil for a massage on painful areas.
Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 3 years.
Keep away from children.
