Sanofi Novanuit Triple Action 60 Tablets is a reserved dietary supplement offering triple action on sleep. It helps :
- An action on the sleep phase thanks to melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Efficacy is proven by taking 1 mg before bedtime.
- An action on sleep quality by reducing night-time awakenings thanks to extracts of California poppy and lemon balm. Lemon balm extract is 100% plant-based.
- An action for restful sleep thanks to passionflower extract.
No addiction, no dependency.
Take 1 tablet a day before bedtime with a glass of water. For occasional use as part of a 15- or 30-day program.
