Santarome Good Night Organic Infusion 20 Sachets is an infusion designed to calm and reduce nervousness, and improve sleep quality.
- Lemon balm is used to reduce restlessness and irritability, and to help improve sleep quality.
- Chamomile prepares the body for rest.
- Sweet orange and lime blossom complete the formula, adding a touch of freshness.

Place the sachet in a cup, then pour in simmering water (approx. 200 ml at 80°C). Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes before tasting, preferably in the evening, half an hour before bedtime.
Use 1 sachet a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 12 without medical advice.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Store below 25°C, in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, in its tightly closed packaging.
