Santarome Phyto Somnifor Spray Flash 20ml is a food supplement for easier falling asleep, reduced night-time awakenings, restful sleep and optimal relaxation.
- Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
- California poppy contributes to optimal relaxation and helps improve sleep quality.
