Santarome Somnifor Melatonin 1,9mg 30 Tablets is a food complement in the form of tablets with the taste of mint and the strong proportioning of melatonin.

1 chewable or suckable tablet per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Punctual use in 1 month program.
In case of jet lag: 1 tablet to be chewed or sucked just before bedtime on the first day of travel and 1 tablet before bedtime the few days following the day of arrival at destination.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use for prolonged periods.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
