Santé Verte RelaxPhyt Overwork 60 Tablets is a food supplement based on:
- holy basil, recognized for its many virtues, which helps maintain vitality, resist stress and support heart function,
- bacopa monnieri which helps to relieve and prevent stress, as well as to maintain good concentration and intellectual performance,
- griffonia, which contains in its seeds 5-HTP titrated to 30%, an amino acid precursor of serotonin "hormone of happiness".

Take 2 to 3 tablets per day: 1 tablet in the morning, 1 to 2 tablets before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not combine with taking antidepressants.
