Somnatis is suitable for people who have difficulty falling asleep, wake up several times during the night and do not feel like they are getting restful sleep.

To benefit from the full effectiveness of this product throughout the night, take 1 capsule 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime with a glass of water.
